Serving as an Executive Director for a nonprofit organization the past eight years gave me life and light. But, I was working and bringing someone else's vision to fruition one step at a time. I decided to launch this firm in order to bring my vision to fruition one step at a time. I am excited about assisting new and existing organizations with the necessary knowledge required to bring life and light to their own visions. I have experience coaching as well as actually starting a nonprofit from the ground floor. I currently have clients that I am assisting with starting nonprofits organizations from the ground floor. My assistance includes the following: mission/vision statements review; by-laws; initial budget; state registration; EIN application, etc. I look forward to speaking with you about how I can help bring life to your vision one step at a time.

Our Services
Our services include the following: formatting and reviewing mission/vision statements initial board of directors and by-laws; State of Tennessee registration; EIN application and submission; business license submission (if applicable); final 501c3 application submission via online or postal mail. We offer additional consulting hours for questions regarding budgets, annual forms, grant writing, etc. We assist you with all of your business needs one step at a time as we bring life to your vision. That’s how we ensure your success.
